Coverage Area
Pick-up and drop-off locations must be located in our coverage area. However, we may, at our discretion and for an additional fee, make a pick-up or a drop-off outside of the Seattle coverage area.

Hours
We provide emergency pickups and scheduled pickups during the following hours:
- Monday: 8AM – 8PM
- Tuesday: 8AM – 8PM
- Wednesday: 8AM – 8PM
- Thursday: 8AM – 8PM
- Friday: 8AM – 8PM
- Saturday: 10AM – 8PM
- Sunday: 10AM – 8PM
Rates
We charge an annual fee to access our Speedy services. We offer two account types:
- Standard – $95 per year
- Premium – $230 per year

If you use all your pick-ups for your plan year and want an additional pick-up we are happy to offer pick-ups with a pay-per-use fee for the remainder of your plan year.

- One at-home 15-point bike inspection ($45 value)
