We’re fellow e-bike enthusiasts who understand the challenges of getting your bike where it needs to go when pedaling isn’t an option. We pick up your broken bike and deliver it to your favorite shop so you can get back to doing what you love fast and headache-free.

FAQs

My cargo bike is big, how large of a bike will you pick up?

This business was inspired by the need to transport a cargo bike. Our van can comfortably accommodate an Urban Arrow, which measures 102 inches or 8.5 feet from end to end.

What's the difference between a "scheduled" pickup and an "emergency" pickup?

A “scheduled” pickup is one that you arrange at least 24 hours in advance using our calendar tool. The pick-up location is usually your home.

An “emergency” pickup is when you need immediate assistance, often from the side of the road. We aim to reach you within one hour of your request. We provide a link to the driver’s location so you can track their progress. In some instances, this gives you time to secure your bike and grab a coffee nearby while you wait.

How many members can be on each account?

All of our plans allow for one primary account holder and up to four additional authorized users for a total of five members.

What areas of Seattle do you offer pickups and dropoffs from?

We cover a large part of the Seattle area. See our coverage map here.

Do you provide pickups in the middle of the night?

No, sorry. Since we are a small, bootstrapped company, we can only provide pickups during our business hours, which can be found here. As we grow and hire more drivers, we plan to expand our hours of operation.
